The mattress topper had hard stains on it. The heater was not working. The shower was in poor shape. Lots of caulk on caulk trying to hide the mildew. Rough location. When I got in my car there was trash and a bullet casing beside my car! I was booked here for a work trip otherwise I would have changed my reservation to another hotel. I also left a pair of shoes in my room, realized it less than 24 hrs later and called. OF COURSE no one claimed to have found them. The room was great. It was clean, well stocked and beds were comfortable. Layout was a little odd but overall we have no complaints. Overall the hotel seemed recently updated but I noticed some areas were not being repaired which in time will give the feeling of being run down. There were lobby areas where molding were in disrepair. The TV in the breakfast area was not working, again in disrepair. Lighting was out in certain areas.
