“The house was so cute and everything was clean and perfect! The host was very nice and informative! Would definitely stay here again!”

“Very clean and well remodeled. Beds were comfortable, and bathrooms were spacious. Property has good access to major roads, but is in a quiet neighborhood. I really liked the converted pantry...converted to an office. It allowed me to do some quiet work. Internet access works well. Would highly recommend.”

“Great place. Very clean. Area around the condo needs to be maintained better—but that’s the property manager’s job. The condo itself is great. BUT you do need to bring everything—soap, garbage bags, dishwasher soap, paper towels….kitchen has cookware and plates/silverware. But that’s basically all that is supplied. I expect to have to supply my own toiletries and such, but having to buy garbage bags and soap was a surprise.”

“The house was adorable plenty of room for two families. The patio deck is great for entertaining and grilling. We were no more than 10 to 15 minutes from FSU, Doak Campbell Stadium and the airport. ”

“Property needs some love. Does not look like listing photos. Yard full of dirt and ant hills. Fence was falling over when you try to shut it. Interior of home was not the cleanest. Shower smelled of mold and was not clean. Check in was easy.”

“I just stayed there for 2 night for FSU Family Weekend. Rates were ridiculously high as was expected for the weekend. First night after we checked in, the door wouldn't close. The door lock plate was bent on the door and coming loose on the door frame. The front desk lady was very nice and responsive and came with a screwdriver to help fix it. I ended up using the back end of the screwdriver to flatten the bent part to fully close the door. We came back from dinner, and found multiple fake……
