“When I opened the door I noticed right away the place was very clean. The kitchen is well stocked as is the bathroom toiletries. I reached out to the owner and she responded within minutes. Communications are 5 stars. The property is well maintained. The neighbors we met where very nice and easy to get alone with. Which is a plus. Washer and dryer worked great for us. If you want a quiet place on the river this is your spot. .”

There is no tv...but there is also no close neighbors, no noise except for the river flowing, no property problems and no rules that can make your rental a stressful nightmare. This is the place to regenerate...rest, read, listen to the birds and the river. The owners are the best you can ask for in a rental. They never bother you and are there if you have any questions....It is PERFECT..”

“Clean, nicely appointed house with nice amenities. All the little extras you did not think or forgot to bring. A small charcoal grill, wood for fire pit, even fishing poles for the pond! The massage chair and retro style video game arcade are nice touches. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our host was responsive to questions and attended to every detail. “Cathy was very friendly and the site is very welcoming. She invited us to meet her horses while staying, which our son loved, and brought us fresh fruit during our stay. The site is quiet, peaceful and pet friendly. We were in a large 13'6" high super C and found it easy to enter and exit the site even at 39' feet while towing a 25" trailer. We will be back.”
