"This place is amazing. It is the cleanest cutest cottage we have stayed in throughout all of Florida. Monica was an excellent host and set us up. Praise Jesus for that! You can walk to two restaurants which are next door. It is hard to find places to stay with my wife having miold illness, especially in Florida, but this has the cleanest, clearest air . "Panacea motel is a fine place with no frills but about exactly all I hoped for in this small resort area. We were alarmed to find no one there when we arrived at 7pm after the office closed, and without any contact by them. To make it worse, the phone number on the door was off by one digit. We found their number at Google and finally got the room key. It seems the problem was with Hotels.com who NEVER GAVE THEM OUR PHONE NUMBER!!!!! Anyhow, the room was fine if rather cramped. We had a king size bed in a room designed for a queen. No insects or roaches, which is my main requirement for a Southern hotel. The owner apologized for the mixup on check in and everything was fine. It was Hotels.com fault not theirs."
