“This cozy home was exactly what we wanted. Very quiet, conveniently located near Ashland U. Bedrooms comfy, bathroom, kitchen and living room all extremely clean. Nice and cool AC during a warm summer visit. A great place to hang out with family, play games or watch a movie. We enjoyed cooking instead of eating out, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Great host communication as well. We would love to return.”

“We had a wonderful time at the schoolhouse! Everything was as described and our family enjoyed a relaxing, but fun weekend. The building was stocked with all the things that one might need. We enjoyed the time we spent in the schoolhouse and our visit to Mohican State Park, which is also beautiful. I highly recommend staying at this unique property. “We enjoyed the apartment and all of its 1970's paraphernalia. I grew up in the area IN the 1970's so it was all a blast from the past. It was clean and loved that they welcomed pets. Check in and check out was easy. We had some trouble with a broken coffee maker and the bed was rather hard. But owners were responsive. ”

“The property ended up being exactly what we needed, affordable, centrally located. A really quick walk to the carousel and to main Street in downtown Mansfield. But the property was far outweighed by the host. Jeff was quick to respond to any issue to problem solve and to take care of us, us and our situation. I would stay again happily but this time book what I needed! That said, when it comes to the loft, do be warned that the stairs are pretty steep and rather narrow. So if accessibility is a……

“Was so cozy, cute, and clean!! Outside review: We loved the outdoor amenities. Hot tub was awesome, large, and clean with speakers! Loved the grill, propane fireplace, and cute seating outside! There’s also a cute area for a small bonfire! Loved the peaceful pretty neighborhood with ice cream shop within a few mins walk. Inside review: SHE GAVE US SO MANY YUMMY SNACKS! Was such a cute space - she really worked well with what she had. Lots of comfy seating space and loved the decor down and……

“Wonderful location for hiking, sightseeing, or just enjoying a coffee while listening to birds. Well stocked with everything you’d need for cooking and close to several different stores/towns. As mentioned the pull out isn’t the most comfortable but there are plenty of other options from the loft to the inflatable mattress. Highly recommended if you enjoy hiking or canoeing given the proximity to there park and Mohican Adventures.”
