“別府のホテルをキャンセルして泉質が良い嬉野にしたが源泉バルブ故障で館内の温泉、部屋の風呂もすべて入れず残念。３ベットの部屋にしたがドアを開けたら真っ暗でスイッチを探すのに手間取った。部屋は寒く暖房も付いてない。 ３人だったのにタオル、歯ブラシなど２人分しか入っていない。アメニティは歯ブラシだけ。”

“素泊まりでの利用でした。ホテルは少し年季が入ったホテルという感じで、ところどころ傷んでいるところが目につきましたが、比較的きれいという印象です。 部屋も和室で広々と使えましたが、水回りの掃除がちょっと意気届いてなかったので少し残念。”

“Room was spacious. Onsen was good. Great dinner at restaurant nearby. Staff is not 24-7 at the hotel. Self check-in and check-out at the machine, everything is self-served. Enjoyed quiet environment at the hotel for 2 nights. Good for refreshing trip.”
