Summary:
Welcome to Mijas Golf and this lovely apartment in the resort of Matchroom. Here you live in a first-class complex on the first golf line in front of Los Lagos and Los Olivos.
The apartment is located in a quiet environment on the southeastern part of the Mijas golf course and which has communal gardens with two large pools, a pool bar (seasonal).
The properties have views of the countryside, the mountains, and the golf course.
The Space:
When you step in through the door you are greeted by a spacious living room and an open plan kitchen, here you have a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and much more.
Furthermore, you have a large dining group for 6 people, a comfortable sofa bed in front of a large Smart TV with several channels. The lovely balcony in a south-west facing position with a view of the golf course and the pools in the area.
The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed with its own balcony and A / C, and the second bedroom has 2 single beds and also there its own small balcony.
There is a bathroom with a bath and a shower.
The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with A / C, dishwasher, WIFI, washing machine, fridge and freezer, free parking on the street.
Guest Access:
The cleaning fee includes one set of towels and linen per person.
To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a small starter package to help you settle in, but you’re welcome to stock up on anything else you might need during your stay!
The Neighborhood:
Matchroom Country Club is located between the complex Las Golondrinas and Valle Varde I & II; within 1 km of Venta La Morena and Venta La Torre which both offer traditional menu del dia and à la carte menus and 1.5 km from urbanization La Cala Hills which offers a selection of bars, restaurants, a supermarket and a sports club with gym, several tennis courts and paddle courts.
Also walking distance to 2 championship golf courses in Mijas Golf, Los Lagos and Los Olivos, and only a 10-minute drive from Fuengirola, or La Cala de Mijas, and their beautiful beaches.
Other Things to Note:
- Pools have very different opening times. Please inquire before booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.
- We have travel cots and baby chairs available. Please inquire about our rates.
- no groups under 25y (except families)
- No smoking inside, no parties
- Excessive power use could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks
- One set of linen, a bath towel, and a hand towel per person is included; pool towels are available for rent. Please contact us about the price.
- You might need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival; however, the day before arrival, you will get all the information, as it depends.
