The suite has a double bed, sofa bed, dining area, kitchenette, workspace, and bathroom. Guests also have access to the common areas with a terrace, gym, sauna, and jacuzzi. All essentials are provided.

The spacious suite is stylishly decorated and has everything you need to have a great time in Milan. This is the perfect place for either a business trip or vacation. The suite has a comfortable double bed, a single sofa bed, wardrobe, workspace, and a Smart TV. There is also a dining area for up to 3 guests. The open-plan kitchen has a mini-fridge, induction stove, kettle and microwave. The bathroom has a shower and a bidet, and essentials, linens, and towels are provided. The suite can accommodate up to 3 guests.

On the first floor of the building, there is a gym and spa centre with a sauna, Turkish bath, relaxation area and jacuzzi, which you can book for free for 45 minutes.

There is also a large terrace with tables, chairs, sunbeds, and a jacuzzi.

The washing machine with a dryer is located in the common area on the first floor.

A vacuum cleaner, iron, and ironing board are available upon request.

Please note there is a reception in the building, where you can make a reservation for the Spa facilities. Open hours - 9.30-18.30.

JOIVY wants you to have a fantastic stay, and we encourage you to see the space as a home away from home—treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:

Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets.

Dispose of rubbish appropriately.

Keep the property clean and tidy.

Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check-out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected.

Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 9 AM. So please keep the noise down and respect the neighbours in the building.

Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving.

Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.
