This waterfront leisure lake escape is located on Lake Sinclair in Milledgeville, GA. It is located on BIG WATER! We offer kayaks, paddle boards and a firepit to all guests. We look forward to hosting you!

The Space:
****As part of routine lake maintenance and shoreline repair efforts by Georgia Power, Lake Sinclair will be drawn down by approximately 5 feet starting October 25, 2025. The lake refill is anticipated to begin on December 1, 2025****

This Leisure Lake Escape is a 3 bedroom and 2 full bathroom home. It is located on BIG WATER, you can swim right off the dock. You're 5 minutes from grocery shopping and dining and 10 minutes from our beautiful downtown Milledgeville area.

The home is a one-story. it is super clean, spacious and has amazing water views. You will love the large lake front porch which has 3 ceiling fans outside, 2 sitting areas and a sitting area for the kids. There is also baby gates on the porch so you can relax as your little ones are playing. You will also find a propane grill for cookouts (Propane not provided). This home is also handicap accessible.

Here are just a few of its wonderful features: cozy fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with anything you would need, wood flooring, nice bathrooms, freshly painted, central a/c, large back yard, bonfire pit and so much more!

Guests have access to tie their boats and jet ski's off on the dock. You will also LOVE the water view. The water is 6-8ft and you can swim right off the dock. We also offer 1 paddle boards and 2 kayaks for guest use. You will find lifejackets, paddles, floats, and a floating Lilly pad located in the garage. The dock also has a huge umbrella to enjoy the lake view while relaxing in the shade or in the morning with a nice cup of joe. It also offers the large floating lily pad for hanging out in the lake that you can tie off to the dock.

Bedrooms: Master room has a queen bed, closet, drawer space, TV, ceiling fan and a handicap able bathroom with a tiled shower.
#2: Queen bed, closet, drawer space, TV, ceiling fan with a shared bathroom.
#3: Queen bottom bunk, twin top bunk as well as a baby crib. This room has a ceiling fan, TV, and closet space.

We offer the following start ups for your stay:
2 rolls of toilet tissue for each bathroom.
1 roll of paper towels.
2 trash bags.
Shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, and hand soap.
2 laundry pods.
2 dishwasher pods.
Propane for the grill
Dish detergent
Hand soap per kitchen and bathroom

Guest Access:
Guests will access to the entire home and property. Guest do will have not have access to the boat closet or locked supply closets.

The Neighborhood:
Very clean, peaceful neighborhood.

Getting Around:
There is plenty of parking in the driveway.

Other Things to Note:
Nearest boat ramp is at Sunset Marina. It's a 5 minute car ride from the property.

I will be available to come on-site in the event of an emergency. Otherwise you can call or text with any questions you may have!
