"The room and property was clean. Breakfast was included but I was surprised that it opened at 7:30am. It seemed that there were a lot of workers also staying there that start work early so I guess they couldn't get breakfast. I noticed from the sign it had been changed from 6:30am. Travelers like to hit the road early so that affected them as well. We did stay for breakfast the last day. It was a pretty substantial breakfast and had some healthy options. Location was convenient for Merritt Island and other surrounding points of interest. I would stay there again."

"Pros: close to I95, easy drive to Kennedy Space Center, nice, clean comfy beds and linens, good dorm- style fridge with freezer section, good shower, had bread, bagels, and a toaster. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Cons: carpeting really needed cleaning. Breakfast was really below standards, ( only 2 cereals, both sweetened. For fruit: 4 apples, that’s it. Had DIY waffles, not very good. No pastries. No yogurt, no cut fruit, no bananas.Some of the outlets in the room were non functional. The remote control fid not work. The staff is nice. I hope they can address these issues, so pros outweigh the cons"
