“The ONLY issue i had was there was no tv in the bedroom. Other than that everything about this property and its surrounding area was amazing. They respond in a quick fashion as well. ”

“The property is in a very safe and quiet community on a golf course in the southern parts of Charlotte. The neighbors are friendly and the community is clean. I used the property to attend the Nascar Race Weekend at Charlotte Motor Speedway, which is about 35 minutes away. This is a perfect property for a small group to the Charlotte area.”

“Well equipped and furnished, with all the necessaries. Very quiet neighborhood, very clean property. Newer than many of the rentals available around Rock Hill. We would be happy to stay here again. The only glitch in communication seemed to be from the VRBO app, not the property manager, so not a blame on them.”

“Had a great stay! Stayed in Southend and went to The Eagles concert at Spectrum. Owner very responsive, reserved parking (1 space) plus street parking. Apartment in a multiapartment building so a coded lock on outside door as well as on the apartment door (different codes). It is a second-floor apartment with no elevator. Owner provided bottled water, coffee machine and coffee bag, juice and basic mixers. Will be back.”

“Pros: clean, good space for family with several kids, good location for our needs, has all the essentials, excellent water pressure! Cons: right next to the busy road, very small water heater (or maybe the water pressure is just that much), starting to show some wear, could use some aesthetic updates Overall it fit our needs and most importantly was clean, and we would return!”

“Drove over 800 miles to watch nascar races in charlotte. Found this property not too far away. Host was very kind and courteous. We didn’t have any coffee when we got there and we didn’t even have to ask, the host had some delivered the next morning. Very clean and nice neighborhood, would definitely come again!”
