My wife and I really enjoyed our stay and we would definitely book this condo again. Even though the complex was dealing with some construction, the people working the building and grounds did a great job keeping the place looking wonderful and clean. We also didn’t have any activities or beach time affected by the construction. We had great communication with the owner and the property was as advertised. The views from the master bedroom and balcony are 2nd to none. We love the Destin area but this location had everything you could ever need within walking distance. Great fall getaway.

Beautiful Vacation

The Condo has beautiful view of the beach from the master bedroom and livingroom. Beach access is very easy, walking distance to the beach is short. The property is clean and organized. The description and picture are very accurate. Rate 4/5 - wish we are provided with more toiletries, bathroom essential (toilet paper, paper towel, sanitize cleaning solution). Also it'd exceptional if slippers are provided since the floor is very easy to get sandy after the beach visit.

A Great Place!

We enjoyed our time here! Our favorite part was the location on the beach. The views are incredible! It was so nice to take a few steps and be right on the water. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. For health reasons, we have to eat every meal in the condo. It was equipped with everything we needed to cook meals. The closet was stocked with tons of beach toys, chairs, and an umbrella. They even provided a fan for those that need that white noise. :) Communication with management was phenomenal and check-in and out was easy! We’ll definitely be back.

It was ok

The condo building was terribly dirty. Our unit was also not cleaned very well. There was mold in the master shower, spiders in the second shower, some pots and utensils still had food on them, the family room carpet was gross, the chain lock on the door was broken, the dryer wasn’t working so we had to have someone come and fix it, there were light bulbs out, the beach umbrella was broken, there was construction right outside our balcony, our balcony glass was filthy, and from our balcony we were disgusted to see someone relieving himself near the beach exit, 10 ft from the restroom. The view and the beach itself was beautiful. Just expected it to be more clean.

Natural light

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable. The beach access was literally steps away. You can see the ocean and see the waves from the balcony. Our host provided a float, chairs, full kitchen with all the tools and a few other things…the list goes on! We loved it here! Thank you for such a lovely and welcoming space!

Beautiful condo with stunning view!

The building itself was beautiful, safe and secure. Well positioned right on the gulf just steps away from soft white sand and beautifully clear water. Located near a ton of restaurant and entertainment options. The unit itself was very clean and exactly as pictured. The views from the main living area and master bedroom is absolutely stunning- it’s picture perfect! We flew in with minimal belongings and the unit had 4 nice beach chairs, an umbrella, 3 boogie boards, a volleyball and some sand toys. Communication was very easy and everything was well organized. High recommend!

Beautiful views!!

The property was nice, although was a little disappointed over the construction. Our windows were covered, but it was a clear film and you had to make sure the curtains were closed when workers came.

Beautiful sunny week at the beach

Location was good. The week was absolutely beautiful at the beach. Although, we couldn’t sit out on the balcony and enjoy the beach at all. They were doing construction and it was loud with the scaffolding up and down the building. Debis was falling in on our balcony. It was dangerous leaving the building and walking out to the beach. My youngest granddaughter was crawling on the floor while we were bringing things in and the top of her feet and knee’s were so dirty.The place is good but a little dirty.We made wonderful memories though. Overall, the place is nice and once the construction is done it will be good.

Many thing need to be updated. There is not internet in the unit.

There is no internet in the unit. So should not say that internet provided. Using the building internet was slow and spotty. I was working and created a problem. Washer and dryer are old and very noisy. Lots of towels so that was nice but the sheets are very poor quality. Location was good but hard to find because no directions were provided for exactly how to get to the building.

overall ok

it was not as clean as we had hoped. food left in cabinets over the sink, ( no pantry so it was disappointing to have to leave food on the counter.) The patio was the most disappointing, with hand prints all over the glass balcony, and the furniture sits so low and you could not see over the rail. The master was very nice and comfortable and we really enjoyed being in there over anywhere else in the condo. The Condo just simply not what the picture depicts. We appreciated the beach gear in the hall closet and made good use of it all.

We’ll be back!

Great place! We were happy to be so close to beach and pool access (literally down the elevator and out the door). Tram passes made it easy for us to get around the property for lunch, dinner, shopping, and other activities. We went ahead and reserved resort chairs and umbrella (snacks, drinks, beach toys, and other essentials available on the beach) so we wouldn’t have to race others to the beach each morning. It was pricey, but worth it. Please note that others CAN set up in front of your reserved chairs (as long as they don’t have a canopy or tent). We took the beach chairs provided by the condo and set them up in front of our rental chairs so our toddler could run back and forth and we could always see her without someone setting up in front of us. The unit itself was very comfortable, clean, and updated. We loved it and look forward to returning.

Fabulous

This was the best rental experience ever! The property was very clean, smelled good and matched our expectations based on the pictures. Loved the ocean view from the third floor. This property was on the beach and close to the pool as well. This property was so comfortable (great A/C, WiFi, TV Streaming, Walk-in Shower, Ice Maker). Was a family oriented area which we appreciated. Highly recommend this property!

My annual retreat

This was my 3rd year at this property and I have to come to think of it as my annual retreat for relaxation and reset. The home is well maintained, the views are stunning, the access to the beach is easy, and the pool is wonderful. I can’t wait to return next year!

Where's the Beach?

The condo was really great and clean. I do think it's time for a "deep clean" for the entire condo. You can tell it's just obviously cleaned. The carpet needs a good deep clean. Lot's of hair and dirt. It was sad that in the morning you could not see the beach due to all the umbrellas and chairs. COVERED, we were disappointed. The locals were really rude going as far as saying to my face, "I wish y'all would leave". It was an okay stay, not sure I'd ever go back.

Relaxing Week at the beach

Arrival at the property was quick and easy. The condo was plenty big for 3 adults and a 15 month old without feeling too big or small. We rented a crib for the week from a recommended page and it was already in the condo upon arrival. The location is great and a quick walk to the beach or pool (I’m also 35 weeks pregnant so this was VERY important). The condo is the first off the elevator on the 3rd floor of the building with a gorgeous ocean view. For a building with 19 floors and around 170 condos, the pool and beach weren’t over crowded, and were easy to find chairs or to set up at the beach. The property location is easily accessible to both 30A and Destin for dinner or shopping. Though heading towards Destin the construction/traffic gets a little heavier at certain times. Also nice that there is a little beachfront kiosk bar and snack shack. We enjoyed a relaxing week with our family and would love to come back again soon!

It was perfect for our family of 4! Great view & very clean!

We would love to come back. It was great! No issues and we would book again in a heartbeat. The only wish is that we could get in earlier on the check in day. We felt like we missed out on an entire day waiting to check in at 4p and also the very early check out of 10a. Other than that - everything was GREAT! Hope to come back again!

Spring break and birthday vacay

Perfect! We had a great vacation. The condo was just like the picture and description. I appreciate how clean, stocked and organized our unit was. My only wish is that there was a screen for the patio doors to keep them open without worrying about bugs (thank goodness it wasn’t any). We will be back and hoping our dates align to stay back in this unit.

Relaxing week!

The property and location were wonderful! My friend and I really enjoyed being right on the beach and the property was even better than the pictures. It was very nice and clean. Also we enjoyed the keyless access so we didn’t have to worry about losing a key during our stay. During our stay there was construction going on in the building but it was not loud enough to bother us. Our only con would be that someone from the building entered the condo well before checkout while we were getting ready and packing. We didn’t hear the knock so we were startled To find them there. Overall it was a great stay and the property had everything that we needed. Would definitely stay there again!
