“The staff at The Abies were very welcoming and friendly. Communication via messaging was great with quick replies and all quieries were answered. The place is quite exceptional and somewhat quirky with its decor. You couldn't fault the cleanliness of the place -it was very clean. The location was good with restuarants and shops nearby. Some of the area around the hotel is not up to standard with lots of rubbish in places but the cleanliness of The Abies made up for it. We liked it here that we……

“Very clean, central to ferry, absolutely lovely staff to help me. ”

“Near to ferry and shopping area. Google map has wrong pin. Took a long time to find the location. There is only one entry from parking area which is also crowded. The room is big, the only staff there was friendly, and the shower is nice. But the key hole of the room door has rusty inside and was difficult to open the door. We have to fix it by ourselves. Instead of hotel it is more likely to be a B&B. ”
