Everything was great and the room had features that I can really appreciate. For instance, a sink in the bathroom and outside the bathroom door. Even something as thoughtful as having a card dropbox by the door next to the parking The only downside was the mattress. Both nights I woke up with my lower back and hips aching. I know it was the mattress because I could get up and walk around and it didn’t bother me, but when I laid down again, the ache returned. I ended up sleeping on the sofa in...

Excellent service and really clean. I would book here again!

Excellent location - very central. Quiet, clean rooms. Tasty and varied breakfast until 10 AM each morning. Kind and accomodating front desk personnel. Purified water station on the first floor. Coffee and hot water for tea available all day and night. We always stay at this Hampton Inn.

Pool was warm and breakfast was great. Beautiful walk to the beach and nice evening fire.

Everyone was very accommodating and the room was bigger than expected and everything worked well

The photos on Expedia are outdated. This place had new paint on the outside of building, updated and the rooms and carpet looked like they remodeled it. So it didn’t look as outdated as the photos! Looked better! Parking lot is huge, the area is quiet. Walkable to the beach and loved all the locals and neighborhoods we walked through to get there. Community is safe. The staff was kind!

We really enjoyed the clean amenities, the comfortable and clean bed, and the coffee service provided both in the room and in the lobby.

Great stay! The staff are wonderful - accommodating and professional.

Yea this place isn’t as bad as some may claim. It’s definitely clean quiet and I’d for sure stay again

The stay is excellent! Friendly and very helpful manager and staff.

We loved our stay!

The cabin was wonderful. Wish I had known more about it first . Next time I will bring coffee and food. The town didn't have many places to eat, etc. But we were so close to Santa Cruz that it didn't matter. It's a great place for young families. There is no air condition in cabin but the nights were cool and we were comfortable.

This is a nice hotel, great location for families; you're very close to the boardwalk and the wharf. I will def be back. The sunrise from the balcony was a nice touch, and at night, when it's quiet, you can hear the ocean. Everything was clean, and the staff was very kind and helpful. Popcorn was available in the afternoons, and coffee and tea were available all the time. Oh yeah, the breakfast is a nice addition as well. We ended up walking to downtown for dinner, which wasn't too far.

great hotel! Clean, rooms are nice, staff was great!

The room and amenities were beautiful and clean! My one complaint was that it is so very noisy. We were woken up by staff and guests each day starting between 630-730. We stayed 4 nights and this was everyday. We were also on the 1st floor next to the staff only rooms, which was probably the reason for that.

Great stay in Pasatiempo! Clean and convenient with a great pool and excellent restaurant!
