“We stayed here over the 4th of July! It was in a great location in the heart of Effingham right above a great little speakeasy and just a couple blocks from Joe Sippers for morning coffee. It looked exactly like the pictures — a big bright, open loft in a historic building that somehow still managed to feel modern and cozy. It’s one of those places that feels like being at home even though you’re away, especially with a well appointed kitchen with all the basic utensils and supplies for cooking.……

“Property was as advertised and very clean. Plenty of kitchen tools, ect. Nice location and water floats, ect. While I doubt this would keep us from going back, the request to wash and dry towels before leaving was unusual and washer and dryer cycles were both slow. Enjoyed our stay!”
