“From I arrived everything was lovely . Reception staff were very welcoming and throughout my brief stay everyone was very helpful. My room was beautiful and very clean with a lovely view over the fountains. Would highly recommend the hotel to anyone wanting a time to relax”

“Sadly despite best efforts from a friendly staff we had a poor experience with our room. On the first day there was a constant motor noise which we were told came from the kitchen and would end when service was over. Our room safe would not reset so we had to be provided with the access key. The shower was unusable as the temperature varied from too hot to scalding and despite hanging a clean me sign on the door the room was not serviced. On the plus side the food was very good with over……
