“Without hesitation I would stay again. The air conditioning worked well, TV channels were decent, and free parking right outside helped when getting back late at night.”

“Late arrival process took less than two minutes giving us more time to relax in our quiet comfortable room where AC maintained nice temperature throughout the night.”

“The property is clean and comfortable. The pool was great. The host contacted us asking us if we needed anything. We were good, I would stay there again for sure.”

“This was a great space to stay while my mom and I visited family. It fit exactly what we needed and the hosts were very friendly and responsive to any communication”

“Having space for three with two king beds suited us well. The terrace gave a calm place to unwind after walks.”

“The cabin was absolutely amazing, it was clean and neat when we got there, and the heaters were on. We had a small issue with the hot water, but Ryan the maintenance guy was there in less than 10 minutes and fixed it. He was polite and courteous and prompt. The views were amazing and the little nature walk was very nice. But the hot tub did all the heavy lifting.”

“The house was nice, it’s a good little get away for some friend on a trip, was well kept and clean, lots of places to sit and enjoy your surroundings. We came down for a week long trip to go hiking and swimming and this place was perfect for our needs, Kit was very friendly and welcoming he didn’t bother us at all but the few conversations we had were very pleasant. The hottub isn’t a standard hottub but was still very nice after a long hike, the water is a little finicky it was either way to……

“I was in a horrible accident and went to see family that lives in Keno but I can’t navigate their property in my current condition. Most of my family stayed at local hotels and they regretted it when they saw the beautiful house. The kitchen was well equipped we were able to prepare meals and eat together the scenery is amazing. We were running late getting there and they went and turned the lights in the heaters on for us which is a level of care I’ve never received staying anywhere. The art is……

“This place exceeded expectations. Very clean, well maintained, and well built cabin with a loft and jacuzzi tub. The restaurant was closed, but the Hyatt was 8 minutes away, and was told by the helpful person there that the restaurant will open again soon. Will definitely look to book another say during winter.”

“Very nice place to stay. We stayed there to hike at Crater Lake. The drive to town was reasonable, and Crater Lake was about 90 minutes away. The amenities were nice, including the washer, dryer, and coffee maker. The beds were comfortable, and the property was clean.”

“Micheal went above and beyond. We were visiting Shasta to attend a retreat. One of the people from the retreat left their purse in our car. They got a hold of Micheal through VRBO to get a hold of us. Micheal was kind enough to text us a message and then checked in making sure we got. Our friend was so thankful and so we were. He is truly kind and we had the extra bonus of meeting his sweet dog Clyde. It was a wonderful experience and I truly would recommend this place. It is peaceful, quiet,……

“We had a great one-night stay with our large group (including our dog and 4 kids). The home was clean, spacious, and comfortably accommodated everyone without any issues. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. The only minor hiccup was that the induction cooktop didn't work well for us as it started creating smoke when we tried to use it. Worth noting for future guests who plan to cook during their stay.Check-in is done through the motel reception, which was straightforward. Overall, no……
