“The main reason I booked this hotel was because the description said they offered an airport shuttle, but this is not true. When I contacted the hotel to schedule it, they only booked a taxi from a company, and I had to pay for it. If the service is not included, it should not be advertised. Aside from that, the rooms are nice and the property is pleasant. They should update the listing to be more accurate for future guests. ”

Sinon on va annuler la réservation. J’ai lu le message juste avant de prendre l’avion pour Rome, et je suis arrivé avec la crainte que ma réservation avait été annulée selon la page Expedia, le nettoyage de la chambre se faisait à tous les jours, mais durant notre séjour de trois……

“The room I reserved has a kitchen, which is nice. The location of the hotel is convenient. It is close to metro and Vatican. The Cleanliness of the room is satisfactory but could be better. The hotel is close to the main road, so pretty noisy. The noise level is acceptable when the window is closed but too much when the windows are opened.”
