“We all had a great stay at the villa. The hosts were very accommodating and even organised a dinner and wine tasting for us which were both fantastic. The villa itself had everything we needed and the pool was great and well maintained. I would definitely recommend staying here.”

“We had a great holiday in the villa and specifically enjoyed the garden, pool and location on top of a hill. Small grocery in 5 min drive. Although 40 min drive to Ancona / the coast, the location for us was nothing less than fabulous. Visited several wineries in the neighbourhood as well as a olive oil maker. Contact with owner is very prompt and smooth; check-in and check-out effortless.”

“Wir waren als Paar für zwei Wochen in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft. Alles war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Von der Terrasse hat man einen traumhaften Blick. Direkt vom Haus aus haben wir viele Touren mit unsern E-Bikes durch die tolle Landschaft der Marken gemacht und es sehr genossen, uns danach im großen Pool mit ebenfalls herrlichem Blick in die Ferne abzukühlen. Deborah als Vermieterin war jederzeit erreichbar, sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich und hat uns mit guten Tips für……

“Tolles Haus, super Ausstattung, ruhige Panoramalage, schöner Pool, jede Menge Sitzgelegenheiten schattig und sonnig. Absolut ungestörte Atmosphäre trotz zwei Wohnungen im selben Haus (separate Eingänge und Terrassen). Am Ort Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants (wir haben Gina und Orietta probiert, beide gut), Cafés etc. Sympathische und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin. Hinweis für Läufer/Radfahrer: Der Weg vom Haus in den Ort sind ca. 2km und 250hm aufwärts, die Hälfte……

“Sehr schöne und große Villa. Toller Außenbereich mit freistehendem Pool und langen Tisch für 20 Personen. Unkomplizierter Check-in und -out. Absolut empfehlenswert für Gruppen bis 20 Leuten. 4 Doppelzimmer und 4 Dreierzimmer mit bequemen Betten und jeweils einem eigenen Bad. Zudem zwei Küchen und ein Tanzsaal.”

“A beautiful house with several rooms on 2 floors for the whole family. Parking right in front of the front door, the house itself is easily accessible via the adjacent street, the entrance through its own gate with remote control. In the surrounding area in neighboring towns, many shops can be reached quickly by car, the nearest beach was only about 1 km away. All in all, this is a nice house with a large garden, far enough away from noisy streets.”

“Quando si scrive una recensione é sempre un problema, soprattutto quando il luogo ti é piaciuto tanto, perché poi hai sempre la paura di non trovare più posto ! Cominceró col dire, che il parco che circonda la proprietá é bellissimo e si nota che le piante una ad una vengono amate. La piscina é una meraviglia, ma quello che mi ha stupita di piú é che ogni animaletto, ha un nome come "Peppe" lo scoiattolo.La famiglia che ci ha accolti, ci ha fatto sentire a casa ! “The house perfectly reflects the announcement and photos on the website and we had a great time. The rooms are all spacious, bright and fresh. The decor is pretty and the beds are super comfortable. The 3 bathrooms are large and spotlessly clean and the kitchen is perfectly functional with everything, really everything! The outdoor areas are well-kept and the swimming pool is very pleasant. The house offers complete privacy but everything can be found within a 10-15 minute drive: shops, bars,……

“Für uns das Ferien-Paradies fern aller Zwänge und Urlaubs-Hektik. Hier ist alles möglich: Malerische Städte und Dörfer mit großer Geschichte und Kultur erkunden, Wandern in wilder Natur, abwechslungsreiche Fahrradtouren, traumhafte Strände… Das sehr stilvolle Haus bietet auf drei Etagen Platz für mindestens 7 Gäste und ist perfekt ausgestattet. Uns hat es nie an irgendetwas gefehlt. Zuverlässiges WLAN sorgt für den digitalen Anschluss an die Welt (und den Firmen-Server 😏). Alles ist sehr sauber……
