Great bullying (battooms should be bigger!) in an charming lot with a garden ando pool well design, you go away with nobody to say at least :" bye, ci vediamo....have a nice trip". Very odd for a family managed property. Trully. Even when I leave my usual 4 Stars hotel in front of Trafalgar Square ("Page8") they come to the door and give us a proper and kind farewell. Very unusual such little care of a……

“Location was in the middle of the ZTL in Pienza which means you get to walk out of your room into the middle of the touristy part of the city with no cars to really worry about most of the time. Parking was about a 10 min walk away so it wasn't too bag to walk with bags. Cute suite we had with a kitchen and dining room. Had A/C in all rooms but we only used the one in the bedroom. Cute and convenient accommodation in a great location.”

蒙特拉特罗内热门酒店点评

托斯卡纳丰特韦尔德温泉度假村

托斯卡纳丰特韦尔德温泉度假村

8/10 好
"The hotel should clearly inform guests at check-in if a suggested gratuity will be added to their bill, and explain that it is entirely optional. Although we understood that we could decline it, discovering this charge without any prior notice left us feeling caught off guard and uncomfortable. Tipping should be a voluntary gesture of appreciation, rather than something guests have to ask to have removed. Greater transparency would have made a real difference to our experience."
