“arrived at 1 pm and was told that the rooms were not ready yet, that we should leave our passport info and go have lunch first and when return all the check in process would be done already. went back at around 3 pm but no work was done, still had to wait for another 40 minutes to finally get our rooms. ”

“Everything went fine but you need a master degres to open the internet, why ? I'am not very good in spanish but I tried very hard tobe understand but they couldn't ? Or did not want too ? Anyhow, nobody spoke english and this a tourism place ? My cell was dead and they only I had to get the menu was with QR code, so I had to look at a receipt to see what was on it, could not understand nada, spaghetti I guess. But very nice place to stay and very polite staff, and certainly very very clean”
