Apartment, very recently restored, of type T2 in duplex in a building of the XVII th joint with the private Mansion, the aptly named, "Hôtel de Montcalm". Located on the 3rd and last floor of the building, it has 6 windows overlooking streets and roofs with visibility on the horizon beyond Montpellier because the building is located on one of the highest points of the Historic Center of Montpellier. The apartment, over the centuries has been gradually transformed, to make it a particular apartment in the Montpellier Escutcheon with a good marriage of the original stone walls tuned in parts with original stone walls lined with contemporary materials for more reflected light.

This room has full lighting: - natural by a roof window equipped with a remote-controlled solar roller shutter and equipped with an internal blackout blind, - artificial with ambient lighting, bedside lamp, headboard lighting, individual reading light and decorative lighting for the roof window hopper).
- A high-end bathroom with suspended WC and spacious shower (see photos). (Note that this 17th century apartment is provided with a ventilation system (VMC) which has nothing to envy to contemporary apartments).
- The original stone staircase of this apartment ends with a very relaxing and very bright "Dovecote" space which overlooks the roofs .
- This apartment is air conditioned by new generation BLUEVOLUTION R32 AIR CONDITIONERS installed by the "Expert Confort Habitat DAIKIN" network.

Around this building and a few strides away, you will find everything you can expect from Montpellier: - Only pedestrian streets well maintained and cleaned every day including Sunday, - The most attractive shops in the city center, - The most famous restaurants of the Historic Center installed either in the pedestrian streets, or on the Place St Roch, the Place St Anne, the Place Jean Jaures indeed the apartment is almost in the center of the 3 places indicated above. - The well-known Place de la Comédie with its Theater -Opera comedy and its cinema Le Gaumont - Numerous art galleries, culminating in the Musée Fabre. - The tourist office. - The Corum (Palais des Congrés Opera BERLIOZ)
All means of transport are near the apartment: - COMEDIE tram (5 to 8 minutes), - Tram Peyrou-Arc de triomphe (5mn), - Jeu de Paume tram (5mn), - St Roch station (10 to 12 minutes), - Small train visit of the ECUSSON (less than 50m).

THE BEACHES:
The beaches of Palavas, Carnon, Le Petit Travers and Le Grand Travers, La Grande Motte are reachable in 30 to 40 minutes by car. Carnon beach is accessible by Tram + shuttle by line 3 towards Pérols.
The splendid hinterland in autumn and very attractive in summer by the proximity of the Hérault gorges and the Lac du Salagou.
Concert halls;
The Park and suites Arena accessible by Tram line 3 direction Pérols, Parc des Expositions station (30mn).
The Zenit:
Access by public transport (more complicated): 1 hour before the event, a free shuttle will take you from the Odysseum to the Zenith, and will ensure the return at the end of the show.
Outward journey: Before 6.30 p.m., take tram line 1 in front of the SNCF station (or other stations) to ODYSSEUM station, then Tam bus n ° 9 to ZENITH SUD. OR 1h30 before the start of the show, take the shuttle in front of the Gaumont-Multiplexe cinema at the ODYSSEUM station.
Return: 10 to 15 minutes after the end of the show, take the shuttle in front of the ZENITH SUD, direction ODYSSEUM, then Gare SNCF.
