“Aus der Beschreibung ging nicht hervor, dass der Vermieter im selben Haus wohnt; hat aber nicht gestört. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner,erholsamer Aufenthalt; herrlich großes Grundstück, ein Feigenbaum mit mit reifen Früchten,schöne Gartenmöbel mit Beschattung, Grillmöglichkeit& ein toller Pool!Sehr netter unaufdringlicher Vermieter, der uns mit seinem Honig& feiner Marmelade verwöhnt hat.Der rechte Ort für Leute die Ruhe suchen; abends Grillenzirpen;öfters schauen Rehe vorbei.Merci,Jean!”

“The house has a light, spacious design and decor, making it easy to live in. We appreciated the outdoor eating area, especially the useful awning to protect against midday sun. The pool was a good size, with the robot cleaner working well, and there was comfortable poolside lounging seating. The house was overall well-equipped although some areas may soon need a refresh e.g. the kitchen units and the showers. The location is an asset. The immediate surroundings are pleasant and peaceful but not……

“We had the best time in this charming, quaint and quiet Gîte. The kitchen and BBQ were great to use and the whole place was well kept and clean. The river is right outside the grounds and there’re magnificent sunsets.Our host Roland was very welcoming and helpful with all his tips and recommendations regarding stores, restaurants and things to do. We were welcome to use the herbs in the garden and there’re bicycles ready to use.10/10 would stay here again in a heartbeat ”

“Nous avons séjourné dans cette superbe maison pour les fêtes de fin d'année. Très belle maison avec de beaux espaces et tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour parfait, le ‘’plus’’ étant la très belle cheminée pour se réchauffer au coin du feu.Communication excellente avec tous les interlocuteurs et un propriétaire très chaleureux.Belles balades à proximité et à 10mn de Bergerac qui est une petite ville pleine de charme, à découvrir.”

“Extremely well equipped,comfortable and spacious.Covered terrace for al fresco eating with stunning views of pool,lake and surrounding countryside.We were offered adjoining 5 bed Gite and this trip will top our “must return list”.Host was extremely welcoming and helpful plus complimentary wine and assorted basics ”

“Sehr freundlicher und schneller Kontakt zum Vermieter z.B. Telefongespräch vor Anreise und persönlicher Empfang durch Vermieter bei Ankunft. Wir konnten unser Auto auf dem Grundstück parken. Ruhige Wohnumgebung. Saubere und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Schlafzimmer. Modernes und sehr sauberes Bad. Küche mit allen großen und kleinen Utensilien zur Selbstversorgung. Dank schönem Wetter haben wir jeden Tag früh und abends auf der großzügigen Terasse gegessen. Bäcker zu Fuß 15 Minuten entfernt, also……

“Site agréable dommage qu'il ne soit pas maintenu en bon état. Trop de points négatifs à l'intérieur de la maison (rangement, absence d'éléments de vaisselle, plomberie à revoir, etc...) Dans ces conditions le prix de la location est beaucoup trop élevé. ”
