"Picked this rental due to the boat slip. The rental was so cute, very clean and had everything needed. The check in process was so easy. The outside patio and deck made this location the best. A downside was the boat dock/slip ramp was underwater neck deep, so the family that visited during the stay had to be picked up at the marina with the coolers. The communication with the openers was very quick and so nice. Will be booking here again if available."

The check in part was a little aggravating having to take pictures of IDs and credit cards an and selfies. I've never had to fill out that much to rent a house. "Such a cute place! You can tell they put a lot of time and detail into these nice apartments. We stayed here for our trip to Nolin Lake. The drive to the lake took us only about 20 min if that. Not bad at all! Host is super sweet and quick to respond. I think my daughters favorite part was the snacks the host leaves for guests The only thing we were disappointed in was the bed was queen instead of king as listed, but we made it work and it wasnt a big problem. We ate twice at Steak and Stone...

"The house was cute, beds were comfortable, loved the nice new bathrooms! Cozy living room, kitchen was nicely layout and had most of the things you would need to prepare a meal. Only a few negatives, one the river behind the house was extremely low due to the damn that was being repaired. We picked this house for the water excess for fishing. We still managed to fish but in a water source that was more like a creek than a Rough River. The other downside was the distance to the cave was a lot further than we anticipated. But all in all we still had a great time and would love to come back when the damn is fixed. It’s a beautiful area."
