“Stayed four nights and were blessed with great weather. Really quiet location but only a few miles off the dual carriageway. Easy access to Dartmouth, Kingsbridge and Paignton with Goodrington being dog friendly and also not too far away. Accommodation itself was clean and tidy and provided everything we needed. Field beyond the garden was great for the dog and quiet lanes also good for early morning "walkies"! Happy to recommend! ”

“We had a lovely last minute stay in the Grain Store. The facilities were great (pool, games room etc) and the house was lovely and had everything we needed. Only negative feedback would be that some news pans are needed, the handles are really loose and a bit dangerous when using.”

“Overall experience is nice. We stayed in room 5 for 3 nights. It would be feel better if the walls refurbish, replace the old boiler and unusable cooking pan and pot. Also, the exhaust fan In the bathroom should be clean regularly. All the staffs are very nice and helpful.”

“Just perfect. A beautiful cottage in a quiet location. Decorated to a high standard with pretty much everything you will need for a memorable stay. Beds were very comfortable with fluffy pillows and cosy duvet. Smart TV and strong WiFi reception. Not only would I recommend, but I've already rebooked! Dog friendly too! ”

“This was absolutely the best family vacation we have had! Tracey and Neal were fantastic in meeting all our needs in a casual friendly manner. We had children and grandchildren coming from different countries, total of 11. The house is so beautiful and spacious and all the gathering areas near the pool, family room and outside made it so comfortable. The meals were exceptional and so generous. We loved that we could hike a short distance to 2 beaches and the ferry to Plymouth. The teens liked……
