“The Blackbush Resort is fairly new. Many inexperienced employees in training, which is okay. But whenever we brought a concern to them, they just apologized and didn't take any action, such as writing it down or saying, I will bring this to management's attention. Without follow through they will never improve to be able to appropriately train their people for a better experience to match the integrity of the resort. The continental breakfast is okay.
