The hot water heater, we found, was initially turned off, but even when we turned it back on, the water never really got hot in the showers. The pool, while I understand we are in the desert and exposed, seemed dirtier than we would……

“Bathroom Plumbing went completely out on 2nd Night leaving us to use the pool facilities for the evening and next morning. Staff would not move us to another room. They said they would credit us, Expedia only gave a portion refund for one night and then Field Station charged my credit card $175.00 for absolutely no reason. I called to inquire about the charge and I am waiting to hear back from a manager. I really love the hotel and have had great previous experiences, but this time...no……
