“I loved the hotel, very clean and good breakfast. Very near to Disneyland with bus stop just outside hotel. Only complaint is about the swimming pool. It was not advertised that the pool would be closed from 1st September! My kids went down to the pool all ready to find it was all locked up. It was 24 degrees!!! They were very upset. “I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel and would definitely not recommend it.
The front desk service was terrible. The check-in process took an unreasonable amount of time because the staff focused heavily on training a new employee while completely ignoring the long wait time for guests. It felt very unprofessional and disrespectful of customers’ time.
