“Great location and the view was fabulous! We had a very comfortable stay. Communication was excellent.”

“I love sonder and loved this location! Only downside is that it is virtually impossible to get in touch with anyone on their support side. Hotels.com attempted to help me as much as they could but likely ran into similar issues. They really push communication through their app but since I was having some issues with my Apple ID I wasn’t able to download and use the help which made it impossible for me to get in touch with them. I wanted to stay another night but ended up booking elsewhere……

“Our room was super nice and we loved the layout and patio. Using the Sonder app was really easy. Our room did have some AC issues and the Sonder team was very responsive on the app and folks came in to help right away. When the AC continued to not work we were offered to switch to a different room whoch was very nice of them to offer. Unfortunately, that room smelled of stale cigarettes so we moved back. I appreciated how responsive the team was with all of the changes and concerns. ”

“The location is great and the room is fully equipped with the useful home appliances like dish washer, laundry and dryer. It’s very helpful for the long stay travelers.”

“I found out that the problem is more me - i am just not a fan of central Chicago - too much traffic-sirens etc., Otherwise the hotel and amenities were fine. ”

“I loved my stay at Found Chicago! The logistical communication was easy to understand and implement, and I liked that it was contactless. It was nice to use my PIN code for room entrance instead of keeping track of a key. The WiFi was sufficient for remote meetings on my laptop. And all of the amenities (lobby access, luggage locker, and printer) were convenient and easy to use. I highly recommend this hotel, and I'll plan to stay here again. ”

“The stay was straight forward. Login with the passcode and get in. But no one at the reception so some nuances are not easy. For e.g. no early check in even if there are rooms. Also, for long stays, they cant change sheets or towels and no cleaning. It is an interesting concept but not so sure about long term stays like 4-5 days”

“We had a wonderful stay in the very comfortable apartment. I chose it for the location near Millenium Park and because it was a one bedroom. The apartment had excellent furnishings and faciilties. We had two difficulties during our stay, with the AC and with the washing machine, and both were solved quickly by the staff. They were responsive and went the extra mile to be sure everything was okay. We were also right over the L train, but with AC running I didn’t even notice it and slept great.……

“Great property, great apartment, very quite. Apartment was clean and well stocked. Issue was balcony is completely ignored, weather was beautiful and I would have liked to sit out there and enjoy but it was covered in spider webs and spiders. No TV in the bedroom so for me that was a bummer because I watch TV when I go to bed. Overall it was great and very comfortable, would stay again. ”

“As advertised , great location and clean apartment with the basic necessities. Could be a little more clear about which entrance to use during check in as not all of us are familiar with a “garden” entrance. Would stay here again.”
