“Very nice little apartment. Fairly well decorated and nice beds. Very clean and calming environment. I was annoyed that there is only one mirror. “I honestly thought it was going to be a great experience at first. The place was brand new, everything super clean and comfortable. So new in fact the new paper towel holder in the kitchen hadn’t been mounted yet, and the new Roku tv hadn’t been set up. All that was good and well. Unfortunately the walls and ceilings are super thin with no sound insulation. I could literally hear the people in the unit above me talking normally, every word. The backyard was an unexpected bonus, and each of us spent time in the patio chairs enjoying the lush green landscaping and breezes. “We had a WONDERFUL time staying here! Pete was amazingly friendly, gave us a personal tour when we arrived and made sure we were all set up. The property and rooms were just as described and so much fun! The pictures really don't do it justice and just entering is jaw dropping. The game room was amazing, especially when the lights were off. We loved the common space for parents and the let the bridal party have the basement mostly. We are already thinking of gatherings we can have back here as……

“Loved this adorable home! It was perfect for our short stay in Peoria to see The Cher Show at the Civic Center. It is very close to downtown , yet in a quiet neighborhood . We loved sitting outside on the deck . The only thing that was a minor problem was parking. We were able to put a car in the garage , but was unsure if we could park on the street in front of the house. We managed to squeeze the other two vehicles in the drive, but it was a tight fit. We will definitely return here!”
