Other than the bathroom the room was spacious and clean, a little outdated but for the price it was fine other than the bathroom not being cleaned properly. Staff were great offering me places to find food for dinner and where i could dine. Taxi and uber services from there though were so bad. The room was in extremely poor condition and requires serious maintenance. There were several issues, including broken and torn curtains, a broken toilet seat, cracked bathroom tiles, and even a spider in the room. These problems made the stay very uncomfortable and well below an acceptable standard for paid accommodation. Given the condition of the room, I believe a refund is reasonable and request that my payment be reimbursed. Please let me know how this refund can be processed.
