"今回、0歳～70歳まで3世代 4家族での利用でした。3階建てでたくさん部屋があるので、数家族やグループでの利用には最適です。食器、調理器具などの設備充実で、何より24時間入れる大きなお風呂が最高でした！ただ、玄関が2階なのと、トイレが1階に１つなのは、子どもや高齢者にとって、不便でした。 また、猪苗代IC、猪苗代湖、裏磐梯 からのアクセスの良さは、抜群です。次回は、違う建物でも利用してみたいです。"

The little extras made the stay even better, gift in the fridge, fresh water each day, free ice cream and yakult when using the onsen, the manga library and storing our bags post stay before we caught our train. "This was absolutely one of the worst trips I have ever done. Hotels.com help contribute to this. Not so great experience. Both the hotels.com and the resorts websites provided false information. The conditions were so bad that I landed up leaving a day early. I had to take someone to the hospital due to the dirtiness. I did not get refunded and I was actually charged more than what was expected. The location was great and the staff was great but they were unforgiving when it came to providing a refund or understanding the situation. Do not recommend this place unless you don't mind old worn down overcharged definitely not a two-star hotel resorts. One note you will have to pay for everything even if it says all exclusive."
