“The property was exactly what we were anticipating & more with access to Balcombe Reserve & the boardwalk running along Balcombe Creek to the beach. The balcony deck around the house was excellent & a great place to relax as the teens played badminton on the large lawn area below - we even dusted off the frisbee. “Loved the house. Bright and airy. Spotlessly clean. The pool was a bonus. Several early morning and evening dips. Comfy beds. Top quality appliances. The small gap in the fence was a little problematic for our dogs as they could see people passing on the footpath, but we adapted. The owner did put up some wire for us. We enjoyednthe area to walk the dogs. Highly recommended. ”
