“This house fit our family perfectly. The kids had plenty to do with the game room and the large yard. The adults enjoyed a game of pool and the hot tub. The getaway is conveniently located to hiking, the beach and Fat Eddie's. If we are in the area again we will definitely stay here.”

“We loved the cabin! It was very clean and had everything you could need. The owner was quick to reply to questions and was very helpful. It was very close to the lake for kayaking and hiking. We visited Fat Eddies twice. They had the best ice cream creations! We had a great time!!!”

“Beautiful and private about 15 easy minutes from Fayetteville. Easy access to various activities just a drive away. My family and i stayed here for three nights and it surpassed our expectations. It was wonderful to relax here after full days of activities. Comfortable, cozy, clean and so quiet. We would recommend 100% and would stay again when returning to the area. Loved it!”

“This almost didn't happen because there was a storm that took the power out. But, fortunately, the power was on and we were able to have 2 nights there. It has so much character. It was clean and located close to the New River Gorge for us to commute back and forth. Tiffany was wonderful to communicate with us and she and Kevin gave a quick history lesson of the place.”

“Accurate description and pictures. The cabin was the perfect size for my husband, my two little dogs and myself. Very clean, and all the necessities for a short visit. Very easy to get into the cabin, no issues with using the tv/wifi or finding the cabin. Owner sent clear directions on going to cabin, getting into cabin, and recommendations in the area. Parking was steps away from the door, making it easy to unload our car. Friendly neighborhood dog that came to relax with me on the cute porch.……

“My siblings and I stayed 5 days at this home. The kitchen was well equipped, as we made breakfast everyday. We loved that it was a quiet neighborhood and truly walkable downtown using the footbridge to cross the highway. The rooms, bathrooms and pool were extremely clean. There was plenty of room for the five of us. It was close to the major attractions and shopping.”

“Great location for home basefor hiking and sight seeing. The area was cleaning up after a storm when we arrived. Power out at places, no wifi, but all was eventually restored. Take a book, as if wifi is out, there is no tv. Cell service very spotty. However the home has what you need for a nice stay. Relax and disconnect!”

“Our stay was cut short (our choice) due to a power outage from tornadoes in the area but we loved our time there. A great little retreat from the every day hustle and bustle!”

“We had a family trip to NRG and needed a bigger place to stay than a bunch of hotel rooms. This cabin was almost the perfect size (the dining table could have been bigger, only seats 4). Lights flickered during a storm but never went out, but we did lose wifi. Wish we'd planned a longer stay to really take advantage of all the amenities. We'll definitely keep it in mind if we plan another trip!”
