Kitchen trash can was completely full from last renter, floors and rugs needed vacuumed, refrigerator needed wiped out, glassware wasn't to clean. Remotes for ceiling fan and " mood lights" didn't work, also directions on how to operate TV's would be helpful for those who don't know how to work " smart TV's".
