The kitchen was very well stocked with kitchenware and the appliances were great. The location was ideal as it was off the road enough to insure quiet and safety but close enough to groceries and dining. We chose the farmhouse because we enjoy hiking and exploring the Buffalo River Trails. Our host, Kathy, provided us with exceptional and kind hospitality.……

There was plenty of space, and we enjoyed the wildlife and surroundings.However, there were several issues future guests should know:Location accuracy:The map location on VRBO was incorrect. The address provided after booking was a mailbox about 10 miles away, and the actual property was 15 minutes from where it appeared on the listing. The host……

“Being unfamiliar with the TV setup, it would have really helped to have a paper guide to its workings. After three days, we were finally able to turn on the sound and determine which controller turned on the TV, and even why we had so many options when we absolutely did not know what was. Disc network is simple. This setup is a real problem for the technologically handicapped. ”

The peaceful setting made it a perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. Everything was clean and comfortable, and we really enjoyed the quiet, homey atmosphere. “The setting, on a gravel road in the woods, was beautiful, quiet and private. A nice fire pit was provided in an open area with chairs and some wood (we brought additional wood and burned all of it). The cabin was well-prepared and attractive. Fresh, warm homemade bread awaited us at check-in. The newer round shower was great. The loveseat was comfortable. Everything worked great. Debra responded quickly and completely to our one texted question on arrival, and was helpful with the reservation……
