When me and my family arrived they couldn’t find my reservation. I booked a week in advance and had to wait 20 minutes to get my room. They had bad communication skills and didn’t state when my room would be ready. On top of that only one of the workers was actually working, assisting someone on the phone. While the other wasn’t doing anything and he could’ve been assisting me. Overall this is a bad stay; not very clean. The mini fridge was dirty, hair left in the shower, the pool was filthy with hair everywhere, it also smelled like cigarettes in the hallway. Also the side door was broken so anyone could get in. Not a very safe or family oriented place, as it stated it’d be.

Won't stay here again
Hotel itself seems old and getting run down. Lobby was beautiful, room not so much. Dirty towels, stain on bedspread. Desk chair had crud on it, shower light didnt work. There were 4 of us staying in the room. We were given 3 bath towels. When I asked for more it was as though I was asking for a kidney. Breakfast was mediocre.

It was alright. The bed was clean. The room had a musty smell when we arrived. But turning on the air helped with that. The breakfast area was sub-par. Upon checking out the breakfast options we elected to go elsewhere. The pool area was alright. The chemicals probably needed to be checked and there were no towels when we first went to the pool. Overall not the worst but definitely not the best.

Our room was was clean, however, we were in the room next to the housekeeping room. At 230 am we were woken up to banging and could hear the carts rolling through the hallway for almost an hour. Many of the common areas were in the middle of maintenence/repair. The pool deck needed to be cleaned and wiped down. There were boatds of wood attacked among side of the pool wall. Bugs were floating in the hot tub. During breakfast one morning the lights had never been turned on so I turned them on for myself and another guest. The egg and sausage warmer was never turned on so our food needed to be heated up in the microwave. The microwave area looked like it had just been built and only half the paint job was complete. There was a full garbage bag sitting on top of the trash can waiting to be taken out. The tables during breakfast were wobbly and felt like they were going to fall off. I was not impressed with the hotel.

The room was clean-ish. There was mold growing on the AC unit which could easily be wiped off by housekeeping, but likely contributed to a funky smell in the room. Saw a gross spider running around the room before we left. I'd give it more stars if the price would have been lower. But for what I paid, I would have expected better.

The bathroom had ants all over the floor, the comforter had little red blood spots in several places. We asked for clean towels which were never brought to the room. Won't stay again. Too many other places in the area.
