“The communication at check-in was excellent. The house is on a secluded space set back from the road. It is quite small but fine for a single traveller or couple. The bedroom is a very good size with a decent shower room en-suite. It is warm and the kitchen is well equipped in the main. I notice a number of people have said the bed was comfortable but I would say if you have neck or back issues it may not be ideal. “It was ideally suited for my work needs. Clean, comfortable and a well equipped cottage. Visitor information was very informative and so much better than your bog standard tourist information leaflets. Farm walks are a must as the views are amazing. Owners are helpful and friendly.”

“Very nicely equipped. The central heating was broken so difficult to sleep. The back yard needs a lot of improvement, at the moment it is depressing. the stairs are very steep with shallow treads. There are so many midges, the bites of which caused my husband to develop a serious infection and is still on antibiotics as am I. I think future guests should be warned.”
