“We stayed in late April 2026 (two couples). The description of this property: Location, location, location!! We were in the heart of the old city--it was fantastic! Some previous travelers expressed concern about the challenge of getting their luggage up to the property. While the concern is valid (you need to either be in shape or bring only essential luggage pieces), it wasn't a problem in our case and we were handsomely rewarded with a most memorable (in the best way possible) experience. ……

“If the hotel owner is reading this review, I strongly recommend replacing the receptionist who was on duty on July 8, 2026, at around 7:00 PM during check-in. I booked a Partial Sea View room, but I was not given the room I had reserved. Instead of solving the issue, she insisted that the mistake was mine and claimed that a partial sea view was never included, even though it was clearly stated in my reservation. “Ich weiss gar nicht wo ich anfangen soll, Die Unterkunft war absolut schrecklich! Das Zimmer entsprach nicht unserer Buchung und die Bilder entsprechen auch niemals der Realität. Es ist alles abgenutzt und nicht sauber. Das Kissen war steinhart, da es einfach in einen zu kleinen Bezug gestopft wurde. Nach Rückfrage wurde einfach erklärt, dass es keine weiteren Kissen gibt!! Im Schrank lag noch ein Kissen welches sehr dreckig war. Das W-LAN war ständig unterbrochen, wir sollten den Router ein und……

“Decent enough for the current price, out of season, small apartment, mainly oriented at summer holiday guests, outdated kitchen equipment and in general the buildings need maintenance. Staff was friendly. The hot water boiler didn't switch on when I arrived, but staff got it fixed within an hour. In general it's okay if you don't expect a modern facility. The seaside is nice though and the parc does provide entertainment, and also the town of Porec and the wider Istrian area is beautiful.”
