“Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Dunes Resort. However, I'm giving it 4 stars because the beds were extremely hard and VERY uncomfortable. A comfortable bed is important, especially when you're on vacation trying to relax and get a good night's sleep. Other than that, I had a pleasant stay.”

“A beautiful oceanfront view cannot make up for a disappointing hotel experience.
Unfortunately, the poor customer service started before we ever complained about our room. Staff interactions were unpleasant from the beginning, and we encountered rude attitudes before raising a single concern.

“Me and the family needed this restart and refresh. This place is centrally located to everything. The lazy river was closed but the other pools were open. (Someone took my Birkenstock sandals from the pool area) I am still in shock because they were right beside my chair and I never left the area.. so disappointing, but I guess they needed them more than me. Overall met lots of friendly people and enjoyed our stay. Easy parking, clean fully stocked room and beautiful sunrise from beach view.”
