The place is up to date, fully remodeled and super clean. Giant tv. Really close to the beach. Would rent from them again. While the condo is great, the area immediately around the condo isn’t as great. There is a karaoke bar on the first floor of the building (70’s rock). You pass several “performers” on your way to the entrance to the upstairs units, which is off an unpaved alley that isn’t very welcoming. I’m sure it will improve as the overall area improves. Busy street, lots of loud traffic, but it was the very beginning of Spring Break, so maybe not always like that.
