“An oasis in South Austin”

“( there are multiple units in the building). The good- the air conditioning is A+, there are plenty of fans, and everything is spotless. Like, so clean it seemed brand new. The bad- there is definitely a weird smell, but it’s more new rug from Amazon or temu kind of chemical weird than ‘dirty’. Also, there is a construction project going on across the street; the property owner will message you about it the day before your trip like it’s a surprise, but there is an entire drawer full of earplugs……

The bed was nice and comfy, but the sofa bed was not good. The couch and chairs are incredibly cheap and uncomfortable. If you don’t mind that, it’s a perfect stay.”
