“服務員非常友善有禮，可以英語溝通，還幫忙提行李箱進入房間，check out 時亦幫忙將行李箱搬到停車場。
房間很有特色，如訂房時所見一模一樣。雖然是歷史建築物，但住屋相當整潔乾淨、空間寬敞，床褥枕頭亦住得舒適，連書櫃上的書籍也很乾淨。廁浴間分開，非常實用。職員提我們要特別留意聲浪，所以很小年紀的小朋友未必合適入住這裡。而深夜亦聽不到周邊聲音，住得非常舒服。
我們入住一晚，包早晚兩餐，食物質素非常有驚喜。無論擺盤、食材、味道，都令我們讚嘆，而且服務員每上一道菜，都會細心地向我們介紹當中用了甚麼食材，非常有意思。有機會的話必會再入住，亦推薦會揸車的朋友來這裡入住。”
“Clean and quiet room, what impressed me is the free welcome drink, includes the coffee and lemon water at ground floor till late evening. The breakfast is simple but good, I am happy with the yogurt and fruits, rice and bread are also provided if you need more energy in the morning. This hotel also provide free luggage deposit service. We kept our luggage at hotel after check out then come back after visiting Himeiji Castle.”
