Beautiful ground floor, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with golf course and pool view. It has an open and airy floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen. Starter pack of dish and dishwasher soap included
There's an oversized washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.

Towels, linens as well as starter pack of toiletries included

Starter pack of shampoo and conditioner in bathrooms

The master bedroom has a king size bed, 32 inch smart TV and its own bathroom.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed, 32 inch TV and an attached shared bathroom.
The third bedroom has a fullsize bed and 32 inch smart TV.

Wifi and cable included.

The community is centrally located just off Highway 17 at 48th Avenue North in the Myrtlewood Golf community within the Grand Strand. Just minutes away from Broadway at the Beach, multiple miniature golf courses, water parks, shops, and of course the beach! A short drive to many restaurants and entertainment venues. Less than 10 minutes from the Ripken Baseball complex and the Myrtle Beach Convention Center with just a short drive to the Myrtle Beach International Airport. Just 5 minutes south of Barefoot Landing, great restaurants, and shopping outlets!

Fantastic Condo

This condo has it all. Clean, VERY spacious, and ina great location. The pool is steps from the back door and a big bonus after a day of golf. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to travel to the Myrtle Beach area.

Great place

This was a great condo with plenty of space for 4 adults and 1 teenager. We all felt very comfortable all week. Location is amazing and so close to everything. Pool is right outside the patio doors. The neighborhood is quite at night. Would stay again if ever in Myrtle.

Dance Competition

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this condo while we were in Myrtle beach for a dance competition. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the patio before walking to the pool for a little quiet time to read and enjoy a swim. The proximity to the convention center was perfect. We would definitely rent here again.
