If you are looking for your next vacation spot in Myrtle Beach, SC, the search ends here! You will be blown away by this recently renovated, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, apartment located at the highly sought-after complex of Sand Dunes Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC. This oceanfront condo is perfect for a family, or a small group who are looking to stay in the same apartment! This condo will comfortably accommodate a total of 4 guests!

As of 2023 this condo was recently renovated and we could not be more excited to share with you! For starters the entire unit was completely repainted with welcoming colors. All new furnishings and decor were added throughout. The bathroom was completely remodeled! New blinds were added, as well as a new Roku TV, and a cold water filtration system under the sink! This piece of paradise is practically brand new! Guests will love relaxing in this pristine vacation rental!

Upon arrival, guests will enter in through the bedroom. This bedroom features a queen size bed, night stands on either side of the bed with lamps for extra lighting, closet with dryer inside, dresser for storage, and small fire place.

Making your way past the bedroom is the kitchen, and our guests will not be disappointed! Guests will be pleased with the oversized counter space and cabinets. The kitchen features oversized counter space, full size appliances, including a 2 burner cook top, wall mounted microwave, new fridge, tile flooring, and more. The spacious cabinets are perfect for storing food and snacks, and many of them are stocked with all basic kitchenware and cooking utensils. All dishes, plates, silverware, pots, pans, and cookware are provided! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach offers hundreds of incredible dining options, and many of them are within walking distance or a short drive from Sand Dunes Resort. To name a couple, River City Café is onsite at Sand Dunes. Within a mile, there is an Outback Steakhouse, Fiesta Mexican Restaurant, and the upscale Flamingo Grill. (These restaurants are subject to change).

Across from the kitchen is the completely remodeled bathroom. This bathroom features a large standing shower, a vanity with mirror and over head lighting, and toilet.

The living room is located at the very front of the condo. The living area features ample seating for several guests and is fully furnished with a sofa that converts to a full size sleeper sofa, accent chair, a large wall-mounted Roku TV, side table, small table and chairs, and access to the oceanfront balcony. There is also a second sliding glass door in this area making the entire back wall a focal point for breathtaking oceanfront views. Being on the 7th floor, the view is absolutely incredible and guests will enjoy incredible views for as far as you can see! So many of our guests have sent us photos of dolphins, boats, gorgeous sunrises, and colorful sunsets.

All bath towels, toiletries, bedding, and linens are provided. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. Each bathroom is stocked with 8 towels, 8 wash cloths, 1 hand towel, and 1 bath mat. Sand Dunes also offers numerous indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzis, sauna, onsite restaurants, huge arcade, and even more amenities for you and your family to enjoy before relaxing in this beautiful unit.

Other Amenities and Entertainment: **PLEASE NOTE** Our guests do NOT have access to the on site waterpark or the movie theater. They do, however, have access to many other amenities such as:

The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! If desired, we can accommodate daily housekeeping or mid stay cleaning requests for a small fee. Just let us know what you need and we'll be happy to work with you!

Guests should be advised that this is a non-smoking resort. Smoking is prohibited in the condo or on the balcony. Should any smoking occur, the full amount of the security deposit will be retained and other charges may be applied. Sand Dunes Resort does not allow motorcycles or pets. The kiddie water park behind the resort is a privately owned facility and access to it is restricted.

Myrtle Beach - Sand Dunes Resort.

I enjoyed the unit. It was clean and tidy. It did lack a coffee maker. I was disappointed with the ongoing loud noise associated with the pool renovation. It lasted for 5 days - jack hammer from 9 am to 4 pm daily. This should have been made more clear ahead of time.
