It features a private master suite with a full bath and a side balcony, so you don’t have to walk through a bedroom to get to the kitchen like most units. Having a second full bath with tub/shower is the ultimate in privacy and convenience.
The condo has been totally remodeled with new kitchen, mattresses, luxury tile flooring and textured walls. There is a large 55-inch TV in the living room and a second 43-inch TV in the bedroom. The kitchen has all new cabinets, counters, and appliances, featuring a full-size microwave over the electric stove top.
The Boardwalk Tower has a hot whirlpool spa. There is also an outdoor pool, lazy river, and whirlpool. Great location with Starbucks, McDonald’s, River City Café, and Ben & Jerry a block away.

• The pool working hours are from 10:00AM to 9:00PM.
• PLEASE NOTE: All pools will be closed from December 8–24, 2025.
• Please note that the city is currently working on the pipes in the ocean, which may result in loud noise most of the time. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience.
House rules
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• Grilling is prohibited. Penalty: Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine.
• Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• Gatherings of more than 8 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction.
• You must be at least 21 years old to book this property.
• Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500.
