Toes in the Sand is your perfect beach getaway! This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath cottage is nestled inside the highly sought-after Ocean Lakes Campground, where the fun never stops and the beach is just moments away.



With so much to do right inside the campground, you may never want to leave! From the huge beach area to endless on-site amenities, everything you need for an unforgettable vacation is right at your fingertips. And as a special bonus, a golf cart is included with your stay, making it easy and fun to cruise around the community.



Inside, the cottage is cozy, comfortable, and fully equipped to make you feel right at home. Enjoy WiFi and cable, comfy living spaces, and all the essentials you need for a relaxing stay. Linens and towels are provided, so you can pack light and start your vacation right away.



🐾 Pet friendly! We welcome one pet (max weight 40 lbs) with an $80 pet fee per stay. Pets must be crated if left alone in the property. Please be sure to review the campground policy link located in the House Rules section.

Love all the amenities at ocean lakes.

Property 7020 was nice, but it could use some updates. We noticed some bugs in the house. There was a large cut in the linoleum in the bathroom. It was difficult to park two large vehicles due to lack of space in front of the property. The outside shower was not useable due to it being under a shedding evergreen tree. But including the golf cart with the rental was awesome and the few issues we had at the beginning of our stay were addressed quickly and corrected.

Very comfortable and cozy little beach house

This house was perfect for our family of 4 and our little elderly yorkie who we took to see the ocean for the first time. The only downside we had, was the picture made it look like a beautiful green backyard behind the house for our dog or kids to play. It was nothing but leaves and huckleberries and pinecones, hurt your feet to walk on and no greenery at all. But that was a small thing. The rest of the house was very clean, cozy and a great quiet location for the kids to ride their scooters. The golfcart was an added bonus and it was nice that we didn’t have to go wait in line to rent one from ocean lakes. We could just unpack the car and go cruising. We would definitely stay here again.

Great little house in a quiet corner of the Ocean Lakes Family Campground

My family had a great time here! All the campground facilities were available even though it wasn't peak season yet. We hit the dog park, the arcade, the water park, the market, the rec center—and the beach of course! The house itself is comfy and well maintained. Its location on a quieter side street suited us well, and the golf cart was very handy for getting around. The Ocean Lakes staff was helpful and friendly throughout our stay. We had a bit of delay checking in, and we learned that it's common for the Ocean Lakes office to have issues receiving VRBO.com reservations. So I would recommend reaching out to the owners prior to your arrival if you haven't already received their welcome message. When I contacted the owners, they were very responsive and resolved the issue as quickly as they could.
