“We had the best time at the Lemon Zest Cottage! Our pups felt right at home and had a nice fenced in area to play in.The hosts Betty and Derek are amazing to work with and she has everything you and your pups may need! She went beyond Southern Hospitality! We were pleasantly surprised with how clean the property was. Beds and dog beds were comfy and clean!! Close to NAS Pensacola. We will be back!! This is a 5 star place to stay with or without your pets. Thanks again!! The Flaherty family”

“If you love the coast but are not as thrilled with living among the touristy CROWDS, this place is perfect for you! Near the beaches, near the trails, near the restaurants, near shopping.........it has it all PLUS the peace & quiet of a small neighborhood. It is so well appointed with everything I could possibly think of and more. I will DEFINITELY return. I stayed in early October and was pleasantly surprised at the less crowded beaches. This place has all sorts of surprises in a fenced-in……

“Very spacious clean room. Loved the close parking space. Very near the elevator that was also nice. Zero complaints and will definitely book again ”

“Super clean and fresh walking in! Cuter than the pictures. And the view was great from balcony. Extra blankets and pillows and a keurig plus coffee pot was pleasant surprise. Easy to get in touch with mgmt team- which we did to extend our stay. Easy breezy. Fully stocked kitchen.”

“We greatly enjoyed our stay here! The room is right off the elevator and made for easy unloading of all our beach things. Beds were comfy, kitchen had plenty of dishes for cooking the basics. Would definitely stay again!”

“Great place for the price. All the restaurants you need 100 yards from the front door. Beach access was great.”

“Ok”

“The place was not very clean when we got there. Reached out to Vic the manager and he had the cleaning team back the next morning. Vic is a great manager and responded quickly to anything else we had questions about. This place needs a deep deep clean. The furniture is dirty. The mattresses are good, but needs all new bedding. For the amount of money people pay to rent this place I was expecting it to be a little nicer”
