The Space
Las Terrazas 7 is a thoughtfully designed second-floor condo that blends resort-inspired living with the space and privacy of a true luxury home. Bright, open-concept interiors and curated Costa Rican décor create a setting that’s both elevated and inviting. Guests enjoy the same caliber of design and service found at nearby resorts, with added space, serenity, and perhaps the best overall value in all of Las Terrazas.

Sleeping Arrangements
Las Terrazas 8 comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests across three bedrooms, each featuring premium linens, ample storage, and restful privacy.

• Primary Bedroom: King bed with ensuite bathroom
• Second Bedroom: King bed with ensuite bathroom
• Third Bedroom: Two Queen beds with ensuite bathroom

Optional Resort Amenities
• Prieta Beach Club & Spa: $75 per person per day ($150 during Christmas and New Year’s)
Required for access to pools, beach, and fitness center. After 5 PM, guests may dine at the club without a day pass.
• Four Seasons and Andaz Beach Clubs: Access by request with 24-hour notice and subject to availability

Four Seasons: $200 for up to 4 guests

Andaz Resort: $75 per person per day
• Arnold Palmer Signature Golf Course: A scenic 18-hole course carved through forest and cliffs, starting at approximately $300 per person. Club rentals available.
• Coming soon: Sports and Wellness Complex with tennis, pickleball, fitness center, and movement studio

Great location in spacious condo

Loved our stay on the Peninsula. Day passes to the Four Season’s were great and we enjoyed exploring the beaches in the area. Condo was as described, very clean and spacious. We would return.

Best family vacation ever

Everything about this trip was perfect. Place was spacious and the location even better. The golf cart made it easy to take advantage of the great restaurants and amenities and the surrounding resorts. Overall would totally recommend and will definitely be back!

Great Spacious Condo on Exclusive Peninsula

Ana Maria our concierge was on top of everything and made sure we were taken care of! The place is BEAUTIFUL! Beds were so comfortable, condo was fully stocked, and we had the pool to ourselves! We had family staying at the Four Season so we had restaurants, entertainment! We had a 6 passenger golf cart which was fantastic for getting around the peninsula! Little miscommunication with the golf cart company I believe but Ana Maria took care of it immediately. I would highly recommend staying here! I would definitely stay here again if we went back to this Peninsula!

Peninsula papagayo vacation

This property was great. Clean, good communication and the concierge Ana Maria was so helpful. She helped with reservations, transportation and was there to greet us. The only complaint is that the furniture I. The family room is uncomfortable, but other than that I’d highly recommend. Also, I wish they had shared the pricing for the beach club ahead of time. We thought it was included and there was no mention of it in the listing.

Awesome Vacation!

What a wonderful place to stay on a beautiful peninsula. Our concierge went above and beyond, not only with booking activities and dinner reservations, but helping us find a doctor and medication when our kid got an ear infection. We loved the condo, it was very nice and clean, has very comfortable beds, and lots of extra items in case we needed something. East to use kitchen with everything we needed. This was one of the best vacations we've ever taken. We can't wait to come back!

Perfect Papagayo getaway

Clean and quiet, with beautiful views and monkeys at the front gate! Kitchen was well-stocked, and dozens of towels so we never ran out. Very helpful concierge to book excursions and dinners, would definitely stay again!

All the comforts of home and more. Amazing view. We rented a golf cart that Ruddy, our concierge had waiting upon our arrival. We were able to go all over the peninsula to all of the properties. She also helped stock our frig and bar and set up all excursions. Our favorite restaurants were Namare- steak and Pesce- Italian. Top notch. I would definitely stay in this condo again, when we come back. You can beat the comfort, view and how comfortable and spread out the floor plan is.

Amazing Views and Amenities

Fabulous condo and great amenities! Beautiful views with large common rooms and bedrooms. Daily maid service and golf cart. Central location on the Peninsula with easy access to all the activities. Beach Club was wonderful! Host and concierge were very responsive to any questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Getaway!!

The condo was perfect for our family of 5. Everything was easily accessible on the golf cart, and so many different activities for everyone on the peninsula . Our concierge, Ruddy, was always available to answer any questions, and planned some wonderful excursions for us. We will definitely be back!!

Fabulous Family Fun

The condo is beautiful, very clean and has everything you could need. The concierge is attentive to every detail and wonderful to work with. We were able to zipline, jet ski, golf and enjoy the lovely beach club! Can’t wait to return!!

Beautiful, well-maintained large condominium with a magnificent view.

Access to a magnificent golf course And a lovely beach club. We definitely come again. It would be helpful if there were a chaise lounge to take a nap on the expansive terrace overlooking the ocean My wife would have liked make up mirror. Terrazas Unit 8 was even nicer than the pictures! Ruddy met us at the unit even though we were delayed two hours by an extremely long customs line. She also quickly arranged an air mattress for us for one of our grandchildren. The Prieta Beach Club was a special piece of heaven, and we saw one celebrity there and heard of many others who had been there. The Arnold Palmer golf course was so beautiful, and is a must for golfers. Monica and Laura of the Concierge Office arranged some great tours for us. This spacious resort is incredibly well maintained, and I laughed when my grandson said as we turned into this gated paradise “this trip has gone from a 20 to a 100!”

Best shower water pressure on earth!

We have nothing but positive comments, but a few things stood out: shower water pressure, beds were so comfortable, AC got cold really fast, plenty of room to spread out as a group of 7, and of course the Prieta Beach club is worth the cost of the rental.
