酒店很新，服务很好，早餐丰富。可惜的是房间电源故障，严重影响睡眠。我们的航班晚点，半夜办理入住，本来期望好好睡一觉，结果走廊和卫生间的两个灯无论如何都关不上，拔了房卡关闭全部电源也没用，糟糕的是卫生间的墙是半透明的，房间很亮，拿了面巾纸当眼罩，勉强睡了三个小时，感觉不好，扣分。

We love staying here when coming in and out Jomo Kenyatta. The free 24 hour shuttle is excellent. Reception is always stellar service. Only downside is the noise of trucks outside during the day.

Staff plus location: this is a very central hotel, located on a quiet, nice neighborhood… The building, rooms, are not different from others of the chain; but, the STAFF is really, really HELPFUL, SWEET!

Excellent Hotel in the Center or Nairbi
Great hotel, location is in Nairobi city area, walking distant to banks, restaurants, supermarkets etc. The hotel has everything you need, and has excellent service! All the staffs have super nice smile!
